My dad used to work for Bob Evans' restaurants and told me that Colonel Sanders had a lot to do with Bob Evans' biscuits.  I had a know-it-all come into my restaurant the other day talking about the Colonel and what a great individual he is, and how he use to work for him.  He then denied that the Colonel ever knew Bob Evans, to the best of his knowledge.  I found this link to an interview with Bob Evans' daughter about a book she wrote.  According to her, not only did Bob hang out with the Colonel, but they both ran with Dave Thomas of Wendy's fame!!! How freakin cool is that?
