A guy in Taiwan apparently wants to go back to jail because he can't find a job.  Same thing happens here in the states, but over here, they'll just take some (illegal) actions, and then go back.  Not this guy.  He laid out to sleep in public where he knew the cops would rouse him, and then he ASKED to go back to prison.  Doesn't exactly seem like a hardened criminal to me.

Then again, in a list of the most friendly countries published last week, Leeanne told me that the USA wasn't even close to the top.  Go figure.
