So, I'm not sure if I've mentioned this before, but I was just going through my wish lists and I came across this badboy.  The Ruger 556, named after the military spec round which is the same caliber as the .223 that the AR15/M16 rifles fire. Of course the retail is right around $2000, but it doesn't ship all stripped down to just barely a rifle, like most other ARplatform rifles.  I'll likely never have one and certainly never soon, but I sure do love to wish!!
