Microsoft has paid for the development of an ultrasound device that connects to your windows mobile smartphone via usb plug.  It ought to be fairly handy in certain environments, but my living room won't be one of them.  Here's a link.  All in all, really cool.  But I think I'll still be using my windows media mostly for mobipocket reading.
