Straight to the article describing it, because I'm not going to take the effort to paraphrase what is really a cool tech.  I thought the "see through' jacket was cool, with cloaking possibilities and all, but this actually has some uses.  I am mostly fascinated that the passing light is predictable enough that a mathmatical number matrix can predict the movement of such small quantities of light.  Freakin amazing.  I can't wait to see what they do with it.
