Stalling

Hitting a bump in the fitness road sucks.  I was making steady progress there for a long time, and now for about 3 weeks straight I've made no progress or backwards progress.  Granted, last week I was mostly sick and decided I'd be better off taking a nap and trying to kick it than going to the gym, but even the week before that and the week before THAT kinda blew.  I tried eating a little more, no change.  I even tried changing my routine to almost all cardio, spending about 45 solid sweat-soaked minutes on the ellipticals at each workout.

I've been tracking my food meticulously this week, and after two days decided that maybe I'd slipped a little and I need to eat more, but I'm also gonna get back to powerhousing the weights.  I'm 10 pounds from plating the leg press, so hopefully that'll go well.  I'm certainly stronger than I was, and my log shows it, but I need to drop the fat.
