I think I found my problem

I am beginning to believe that my problem with stalling in my fat loss effort has to do with TOO MUCH CARDIO.  I know, it sounds ridiculous.  After all, cardio is supposed to help you LOSE weight, right?  This seems to be reinforced by the quick trim down you see when you first get to the gym and run on the hamster-er treadmill, or bounce up and down on the eliptical.  And then we get used to it, and more efficient at it, and BAM it stops working.  I'm still making progress on the weights, and my logs show it.  I think I'll lay off the cardio for a while, try to really add some lean mass, and then hit the cardio again in a couple weeks and see how it goes.
