Human Growth Hormone...Fact or Fiction?
Lots of controversy surrounding the ole hgh( human growth hormone ) for the last five years or so. I thought for sure it would be settled by now, at least in the medical field if not in the gym or the sports arena. Hard to argue when you see pictures of Sly...

Problem is, it seems to be less than spectacular in the lab except in noted medical deficiencies, i.e., not so productive for men who are already healthy with normal levels of hgh. Some criticisms note that body builders are often using steroids at the same time as hgh, and that steroid free trials aren't indicative of whether hgh is effective. I suppose the steroids have nothing to do with guys getting bigger unless it's with hgh too? What a load of crap. I mean, I can see the point if they were expecting to develop a trial with results based on the steroids WITH hgh and steroids WITHOUT hgh, but that's not the question anyone is trying to answer. And as far as the current literature is concerned, with the danger steroids present to our health, it's probably unethical to juice up your trial subjects. What do you think?
