I really think I'm ready to step up to a tablet pc.  The steritech inspectors had them when I worked at the Golden Corral, and I thought they were incredible then, and I figured that if they cost $2000 then, that they would cost closer to $400-$500 by now.  Maybe they've gotten more sophisticated and there simply aren't any "low end"  (read "budget") models around and they all seem to cost more than a Hansgrohe faucet.  I mean, I can get a laptop that would have cost $5000 5 years ago for $600 now, but the lowest priced 12 inch tablet I can find is still $1000.  Not even many used or refurbs, which I would be more than pleased with.  If you have any sources, let me know.
